Medical

HOPE's volunteer medical Doctors have been providing free primary care medical treatment, seeing people who were unable to afford even the simplest of medicines such as ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts) – which is used to diarrhoea or antibiotics to fight infections. We have fully funded curative treatments for patients of Tuberculosis, Cancer, Epilepsy, Hepatitis B & C.

Because of the donations we have received, HOPE is able to provide treatment for those who otherwise cannot afford it.

We have facilitated the surgery of a broad range of patients ranging from caesarean sections to cataract to club foot to name but a few.

HOPE arranged for wheelchairs for the handicapped, giving them the ability to be mobile.

Currently, we are actively seeking funds to buy an Ambulance to transport very sick people to hospitals in other towns which have the facilities to treat them. In the future, we would like to set up a surgical section in the clinic.
